Hyderally & Associates has been selected to join the American Institute of Trial Lawyers as a Best Law Firm for 2024. Less than 1500 law firms nation-wide will be selected to become members.
June 2023
The firm will participate in and is sponsoring the Montclair Pride Parade for its second consecutive year after a very successful first year.

Ty Hyderally and Brian McKenna, our filing assistant, ran in the Tri-State Tough Mudder Race. Tough Mudders are 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed to test your strength, stamina, mental grit and camaraderie. They also raise money for the Wounded Warrior Project.

Ty Hyderally was asked to assist in drafting the National Employment Lawyer's Association's Amicus Brief in Cutler v. Dorn, Docket No. 60,785, to the New Jersey Supreme Court. Mr. Hyderally drafted a significant part of the brief that was submitted for consideration. This matter is of utmost importance to all employment practitioners as it pertains to discrimination in the workplace.
