- Claims of political affiliation discrimination.
- Litigated in Hudson County, Superior Court, Law Division before The Honorable John O'Shaughnessy, J.S.C.
- Received a unanimous verdict after deliberation of all 8 jurors in favor of plaintiff on all 6 claims.
